Q3: What is your MOQ?
A:Our MOQ is 200PCS per item per finish, for the first trial order or some regular products, the quantity can be 50 pcs. Meanwhile, we stock some products in USA, you can also directly buy from us for small quantity if we have stocks overseas.

Q4: Can your factory print our logo/brand on the product?
A: Our factory can laser print customer’s logo on the product. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer's logo on the products.

Q5: Can I visit you?
A: Yes. Our factory is in Heshan city, Guangdong, China. Welcome to visit our factory, look forward to meeting with you.

Q6: How many finish do you have for your faucets?
A:We have more than 20 different finishes for our customers: Chrome, brushed nickel, polished nickel, ORB, matte black, brushed black, gunmetal black, ice black, brushed gunmetal black, gold, champaign gold, rose gold, matte gold, brushed gold, champaign bronze, bronze, etc…

Q7: How can I get some samples?
A: We can accept small order at the first cooperation and make production once we confirm the sample order. The sample order will include the sample costs and air freight costs.

Q8. What certificate do you have?
A:We have CUPC, Watersense and CEC (California standard) certificates for North American market, WRAS certificate for UK, and CE certificate for European market.


Q9: What to do if not satisfied with the quality?
A: Quality is our first priority for running our business. We strictly control product quality, and strictly follow up ISO 9001 and S6 system to minimize the defective rate. In case you find out any defective products, pls kindly let us know and provide the
relevant pictures/vedio for reference, we will compensate for you and find out the root reason to eliminate the defective factor ultimately.

Q10: Do you have warehouse? How can I buy several products and not big quantity?
A:We have warehouse in USA and stock some of our products there, you can reach our sales person to check what you can buy from us directly, and our warehouse staff can handle the transportation to your warehouse directly.

How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is always the first priority of Aquacubic. Our inspector QC will check the goods in every procedure and modify the parts once they find any problems from them. For our salesman will also check our goods and take photos for every procedure for our client to confirm. 


Can I visit your company?
We fully welcome you to visit our sales office in Shanghai and factory in Guangdong province.

Can your factory print our brand on the product?
Of course, OEM/ODM is accepted. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

How can we get sample to check quality? And how many days?
Samples will be prepared in 3-7days. They could be sent by UPS, FedEx or DHL or other international express you would like.

Do you charge for samples and freight?
According to our policy, customers need to pay for them, but we'll return sample charge to you in official order.

There are too many similar styles, how do I choose?
You don't have to worry about these things. Just let us know what specific requirements you have, such as the usage of product, specific feature, finish or color, budget price range, etc. We will recommend suitable product for you assp.
